Salary: $41,900 + depending on experience
Qualifications: Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health related field required. Can also qualify for the position if engaged in master degree internship with the agency.
Preferred Experience: Previous work with children/adolescents.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide mental health counseling services to adolescents primarily in the school setting. Conduct individual, group and family counseling sessions to address the mental health and emotional disturbance issues of the adolescents in the program. Complete assessments and prepare treatment plans. Work closely with other mental health and school staff for consumer referrals, tracking progress, and addressing all issues that arise in services for the consumer. Provide on-call crisis services as scheduled on agency wide rotation list.
